How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship from Oregon. Delivery typically takes another 2–5 business days. Free shipping on orders $35+.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unopened items. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products can't be returned. See our Returns Policy for full details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping updates. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out and we'll resend it.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Every product page lists the full ingredient list so you can check for anything you're sensitive to. We always recommend patch testing before full use, especially with a new product.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to add international shipping in the future.

Returns Policy

We hope you love every MM Beauty & Care purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products can't be returned. Unopened items in their original packaging are eligible.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship from Oregon. Delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Free shipping on orders $35+.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships, but once it's with the carrier, changes are no longer possible.
